Refund Policy
Customers will only have an opportunity to request a refund while inspecting drink upon delivery. if drink has a foreign object such as hair or anything that does not belong in drink, refund will be granted. But not after delivery is completed.
According to New Jersey State law, Tim’s Happy Hour Mixes can only accept the return of defective goods. In such instances we will offer a replacement of the same item, refund the credit card used to purchase the item, or issue a store credit for the amount that was paid for the item. If the purchase was made using cash, the customer must supply a receipt as proof the purchase was made at Tim’s Happy Hour Mixes.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
